3-course set menu

ADULTS: $59 per person

Choice of 1 from each course

Entree:
Antipasto for one marinated vegetables , cured meats , Kalamata olives , crumbed fetta , toasted bread
or
Stuffed field mushrooms with cheese, herbs and tomato on a bed of hollandaise finished with wild rocket
or
Poached trout wrapped in herbs with crushed avocado salad and wasabi dressing

Mains:
Chicken leg stuffed with wild mushroom & parmesan , homemade chips , sage and onion stuffing , broccolini
or
Peppered rump of lamb served with, buttered mash , beetroot puree , baby carrots , and red wine jus
or
Seared Altantic salmon with kipflers , fresh oregano , cherry tomatoes ,capers , olives , salsa verde & aged balsamic
or
Spinach and ricotta dumplings with a glazed cheese sauce served with a asparagus and wild mushroom fricassee

Desserts:
Pavlova with passionfruit glaze, fresh strawberries, and vanilla bean cream

Chocolate pudding , Chantilly cream , raspberry coulis

Traditional sherry trifle

*Lunch in the a la carte Bistro will be a set menu and full pre payment is required to confirm your booking, with a no changes, no cancellation policy in place.
