Christmas Day 3 course celebration!



  • Warm pork and veal terrine with creamy cauliflower puree, beetroot relish, slow roasted cherry tomatoes and basil oil
  • Pepper crusted Atlantic salmon with avocado tian, crumbed prawn, orange dressing and burnt lime

Main course

  • Braised lamb with creamy potato mash, pumpkin wedge, grilled asparagus and citrus gremolata
  • Pan seared barramundi with garlic smash chats, bell pepper stew, salsa Verde and mushroom crisp
  • Lemon pepper seasoned chicken supreme with fondant potato, exotic mushroom ragout, blistered vine tomatoes and red wine just


  • Chilled plum pudding ice cream cake with pistachio anglaise and chocolate soil
  • Pavlova with wild berries, Chantilly cream and passionfruit coulis.

Kids (up to 12 years of age):
